1. Returns Policy

Hum apne customers ko best shopping experience dene ki koshish karte hain. Agar aap apne product se satisfied nahi hain, to aap delivery ke 7 din ke andar return request raise kar sakte hain.

Return tab acceptable hoga jab:

  • Product damaged, defective ya wrong item deliver hua ho
  • Product unused, unwashed aur original condition me ho
  • Original packaging, tags aur invoice available ho

Return NOT acceptable hoga jab:

  • Product use ho chuka ho
  • Physical damage customer ki wajah se hua ho
  • Sale / clearance items (agar mention ho)

2. Refund Policy

Return approve hone ke baad, product ka quality check kiya jayega.
Quality check successful hone par refund process kiya jayega.

Refund time:

  • Online Payment (UPI/Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking): 5–7 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 7–10 working days (bank account details required)

Refund same payment method me ya bank transfer ke through kiya jayega.


3. Replacement Policy

Agar aap replacement chahte hain, to same product ka replacement availability ke basis par diya jayega.
Agar replacement available nahi hua, to full refund diya jayega.


4. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

Return ya refund ke liye aap:

  • Website/App ke “My Orders” section se request karein
  • Ya hume email karein: ajayhseofficer@gmail.com
  • Ya WhatsApp/Customer Care number par contact karein

5. Shipping Charges

  • Agar product damaged/defective/wrong nikla hai to return shipping free hogi
  • Agar return customer preference ki wajah se hai, to shipping charges customer ko bear karne honge

6. Cancellation Policy

Order sirf dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai.
Dispatch hone ke baad order cancel nahi hoga, sirf return process applicable hoga.


7. Changes to This Policy

Company bina kisi prior notice ke is policy me changes kar sakti hai. Updated policy website par reflect hogi.
